Home Renovation
Sometimes what looks like a bathroom problem is really a whole-house issue. Had this family off Pool Road whose guest bathroom was tiny and awkward, but when I started asking questions, turns out their real problem was that mom and dad were sharing a bathroom the size of a closet while three teenagers fought over the hall bath every morning.
What we ended up doing was a phased home renovation Colleyville TX project that made sense for how they actually live. Expanded the master bathroom by stealing space from an oversized linen closet, reconfigured the hall bath to work better for multiple people, and turned that useless guest bath into a powder room, which was all they really needed anyway.
That's why I ask a lot of questions before I start drawing up plans. Could spend $20,000 redoing a bathroom that's in the wrong place to begin with, or we could think bigger and solve the real problem for not much more money. Depends on your situation and what you're trying to accomplish.
