HiveTech Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality SaaS solutions (including ERP software) and digital marketing services (including SEO, content marketing, social media, lead generation, web design, and related offerings). This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains our terms for refunds, cancellations, and related matters. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. General Principles

  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
  • We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, including setup fees, monthly retainers, completed work, or partial use of subscriptions.
  • Digital products and services (SaaS access, SEO optimizations, content creation, etc.) are generally non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and non-tangible nature.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or non-cooperation.

2. SaaS Subscriptions (e.g., ERP Software)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, by emailing us at support@hivetechsol.com, or by calling +1(817)886-6699 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (no mid-cycle termination unless otherwise agreed).
  • Refunds for Subscriptions:
    • No refunds for the current billing period.
    • If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription (or trial conversion), we may offer a full refund of the first month’s fee at our discretion, provided no significant usage occurred.
    • For annual or longer prepaid plans: We may provide a pro-rated refund for unused full months (minus any setup fees or discounts applied), less a 10% administrative fee, if requested within 30 days of purchase.
    • After the initial period, no refunds are provided—access continues until the end of the paid term.
  • Trial Periods: If we offer a free trial, no charges apply during the trial. Upon conversion to paid, standard terms apply. No refunds for trial usage.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

  • Non-Refundable Nature: SEO, content marketing, social media management, lead generation, web design, landing page development, and similar services are provided on a non-refundable basis once work begins or is delivered. This includes setup fees, monthly retainers, one-time projects, and professional services fees.
  • Performance Disclaimers: We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, leads, or business results, as these depend on factors outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, competition, client website changes, or external events). Results are estimates based on industry standards and our expertise.
  • Partial Refunds (Limited Cases): At our sole discretion, we may issue a partial refund or credit if:
    • We materially fail to deliver agreed-upon services per the signed proposal/contract.
    • You cancel within 5 business days of initial payment (before significant work begins), subject to a 20-50% restocking/administrative fee.
    • Disputes are resolved through good-faith discussion.
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction with results, changes in search engine policies, or client non-cooperation (e.g., delayed content approval or site access).

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at support@hivetechsol.com with your account details, order/invoice number, and reason.
  • We review requests within 7-10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-30 business days (depending on your bank/payment processor).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us violates this Policy and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of access, and pursuit of owed amounts (including fees).
  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are invalid.

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
