Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share information with Google Maps Platform APIs for location-based functionality. Your location data is cached on-device for up to six (6) months. You may revoke consent by contacting us at any time.
Affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates (parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures), requiring them to honour this Privacy Notice.
Business Partners. We may share information with business partners to offer certain products, services, or promotions.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels) to maintain security, prevent crashes, save preferences, and assist with basic site functions. We also permit third-party service providers to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by law (e.g., tax or accounting requirements). No purpose in this notice requires us to keep your personal information for longer than a years. Once there is no ongoing legitimate need, we will delete or anonymise the information, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to disclose this practice. If an industry or legal standard for honouring DNT signals is adopted in future, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. An authorised agent must provide written, signed permission from you.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@hivetechsol.com. We will respond in writing with our decision and reasoning. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney

general.

California ‘Shine The Light’ Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Submit requests in writing using the contact details in Section 11.

 We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
