This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments can be refunded or services cancelled. By engaging our services or making a payment through our website or proposal, you agree to this policy.

  1. Service-Based Nature

Our services involve strategic planning, content creation, and execution, which require significant time, effort, and resource allocation. Once a project has started or access to campaign assets has been provided, payments are generally non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Clients enrolled in recurring or subscription-based services may request cancellation by providing 30 days prior written notice. Cancellations become effective only after the 30-day notice period is completed.
  • Clients may request cancellation of a project or service before work has begun.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@hivetechsol.com.
  • If cancellation is approved before the project starts, a partial refund may be processed after deducting an administrative fee of up to 20% of the total payment to cover consultation and onboarding costs.
  • Once a project has commenced or deliverables have been shared, no cancellation or refund will be granted.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date to be eligible for review.

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment made by the client.
  • Service not initiated within the agreed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to Hive Tech Solutions.

In such cases:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances once initiated:

  • SEO campaigns and audits
  • Social media marketing and advertising services (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Content writing, website design, or development work
  • Any customized marketing or consultancy project
  • Domain name registration, hosting, or third-party subscriptions
  1. Project Delays and Client Responsibility

Hive Tech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or failure by the client to provide necessary assets (such as content, credentials, or images). In such cases, refunds will not be issued and timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

  1. Changes to Campaigns or Services

Any change request made after project approval (e.g., altering campaign goals, target audience, or deliverables) may incur additional costs. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in client preferences or business decisions.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support channels may result in immediate suspension of services and referral to collections. Hive Tech Solutions reserves the right to contest any chargeback with documented evidence of services rendered.

  1. Force Majeure

Hive Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to events genuinely beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major internet outages, or government-mandated platform shutdowns. Hive Tech Solutions will make reasonable efforts to mitigate such disruptions and communicate proactively with affected clients. Routine platform issues or account-level restrictions do not qualify as force majeure events.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact our support team at support@hivetechsol.com to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, any unresolved disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
